Terms of Service

1. Estimates and scope

Website estimates are preliminary and based on information supplied by the customer. AurPur may confirm or adjust scope, price, crew size, duration, and availability when actual conditions differ.

2. Booking and payment

A requested date or arrival window is not confirmed until AurPur issues booking confirmation. Payment timing may vary by service: standard services may use secure card-on-file or service-time charging, deep or move-ready services may require a deposit or prepayment, and commercial work may be invoiced under a written proposal.

3. Access and safety

The customer must provide safe, lawful access to the service location and disclose pets, hazards, fragile items, restricted areas, parking or entry requirements, and other conditions that may affect service.

4. Service limitations

AurPur may decline or stop work where conditions are unsafe, materially different from the booked scope, involve hazardous materials, biohazards, pest infestation, structural risk, illegal activity, or work outside the agreed service.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are governed by the AurPur Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy linked below.

6. Quality concerns

Please report a service concern promptly with reasonable detail so AurPur can review the issue and determine an appropriate response.

7. Damage and claims

Customers should identify unusually fragile, valuable, loose, damaged, or irreplaceable items before service. Claims should be reported promptly after discovery and are reviewed based on the facts, service scope, and available documentation.

8. Communications

By submitting a booking or service request, you authorize AurPur to contact you about that request by phone, text, or email. Marketing communications are optional and may be unsubscribed from separately.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the AurPur Privacy Notice.

10. Changes

AurPur may update these terms for future transactions. The version accepted at the time of the applicable booking governs that booking, subject to applicable law.
