AurPur may collect contact information, service addresses, booking details, service preferences, communications, payment references, account information, candidate application information, worker operational records, and website interaction data needed to operate the service.

How we use information

We use information to prepare estimates, schedule and perform services, process payments, communicate with customers and applicants, manage workers, improve operations, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.

Payments

Payment card entry is handled through Stripe. AurPur does not intentionally store raw card numbers on its website.

Service providers

AurPur may use service providers such as hosting, database, email, calendar, payment, analytics, and payroll providers to operate the business. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary for those services.

Retention and security

We retain information for operational, contractual, security, tax, dispute, and legal purposes as appropriate. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing email and may contact AurPur to request reasonable access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
