Access & entry

Please provide accurate entry instructions, alarms, gate information, parking requirements, and any time restrictions before service. AurPur is not responsible for delays caused by unavailable or incorrect access information.

Pets

Please disclose pets and secure any animal that may interfere with safe service. AurPur may pause or decline work if a pet presents a safety concern.

Condition and heavy build-up

Heavy build-up, excessive pet hair, post-construction conditions, hoarding conditions, or other unusual conditions may require manual review, additional labor, revised pricing, or a specialized provider.

Included work and add-ons

Only the service scope and add-ons shown in the accepted quote or written proposal are included. Requests outside that scope may require additional time and pricing.

Final Check

AurPur may use checklists and a Final Check process to verify completion. Customer feedback is encouraged after service.
